Elton John
On Tuesday 14th June, the arena will play host to the iconic star’s first show in Liverpool for 8 years!
The tour will be in support of his new album, ‘Wonderful Crazy Night‘, and will see support from Northern Irish singer-songwriter Foy Vance, who became the second signing to Ed Sheeran’s Gingerbread Man Records in November.
The tour promises to be extra special for some fans with the ‘Behind the Piano‘ package – which will allow fans to go behind-the-scenes and see the Elton John show like never before. Guided by one of the crew members, fans will get access all areas – from the stage sets and outfits to the green room, and even get their photo taken with Elton’s piano!
Speaking about his upcoming run of UK shows, which start in Lincoln on 10th June, Elton said:
“The simple truth is I want to spend more time with my family, and I am only too aware of just how precious the time ahead is. My sons are growing up so quickly; their early years are just flying by and I want to be there with them. So these concerts will give me the chance to thank the British audiences who have been so faithful to me over these many decades. We cannot get to everyone but I am going to try. I hope to see you all there.”
