MCM Comic Con
MCM Liverpool Comic Con makes its debut on 12th-13th March at the Exhibition Centre. The two day festival will celebrate everything from sci-fi shows, comic creators and eSports to anime, manga and cosplay.
This will be the first MCM Comic Con held in the city from the team behind award-winning pop culture events such as MCM London Comic Con, the largest show of its kind in Europe. It is a must for any fan of movies, comics, video games, sci-fi, anime, and cosplay. Fans can take part in eSports competitions, explore a Comic Village packed with artists and writers and enjoy colourful costumes in the Cosplay Masquerade.
There will also be the opportunity to meet special guests from the worlds of TV, film and gaming:
- Lindsay Wagner, iconic ’70s sci-fi heroine Jaime Sommers in The Bionic Woman
- Paul Amos & Victoria Atkin, voices of Jacob & Evie Frye in Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate
- Robert Llewellyn, famous for his role as Kryten in Red Dwarf
- Jessica DiCicco, award-winning voice actor known for her roles in Adventure Time, Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy
- Thomas Craig, Inspector Brackenreid from award-winning Canadian crime drama Murdoch Mysteries
- Craig Parker, famous for his roles in Lord of the Rings, Xena: Warrior Princess and Spartacus
- Hannah Spearritt & Andrew Lee Potts, co-stars from hit TV show Primeval
