Our apartments are designed by us, with our clients in mind. Each of our apartments is slightly different and unique. No two of or clients are the same, so why should our accommodaton be?

We operate a strict over 25s policy and we are not ‘party apartments’. We have this in place so that you are not disturbed during your stay – but that’s not to say that we dont want you to have any fun while you are here! We can offer recommendations to all the best pubs, clubs and restaurants in the city.

We try to ensure that your stay is a comfortable and seamless as possible, from the moment you arrive until the moment you simply have to leave us, our staff are always on hand to help and we are mindful that your stay is your time, we are not imposing or in your face and if you dont want t speak to us during your stay, we don’t mind at all. But always remember we are just a phone call or email away if you need us.

L3 Apartments can offer smalll guestures to hep our guests, if you are a regular client, we dont mind storing some of your belongings until you come back to us and we will try to put you in the same apartment eac time you stay, just to make you feel even more at home.
