The Merchant Quarters are located in a charmingly quiet spot along the waterfront with superb river views and all the city’s vibrancy – shops, bars and eateries – just a stone’s throw away.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, airy and spacious with a fully integrated kitchen and tastefully decorated with modern furnishing.

The L3 staff were were friendly and I was made to feel very welcome.

I would highly recommend staying with L3 if you are visiting Liverpool.

“I regularly stay at L3 Merchant Quarters. The apartments are clean, roomy, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities (including excellent strength WIFI) to create a real home-from-home ambience.

Brilliant location. Walking distance to all my favourite haunts yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. The perfect balance.

There are plenty of serviced apartments in Liverpool but what really sets L3 apart from the rest is the nature of its staff. Every single member of the L3 team has been nothing but lovely with me. They’re friendly and unfalteringly accommodating. Always going the extra mile.

“Stayed here for a weekend in December for some shopping and visiting the Tate with the girlfriend. I was very impressed! Booked late but the price was cheaper than many of the big hotels nearby! The apartment was a junior suite, and was spotless as well as being very nicely decorated. I could easily live there.

The apartments are above the Malmaison Hotel and the entrance is at the side of the building. L3 were good enough to meet us there and explained everything very well.

I would definitely stay here again.”
